Green Warrior Smoothie

    1) Start with the freshest, most local, organic, raw/living produce… from your garden is best!
    Green juice base:
    * Pure Water (ideally from a young coconut, 2 c.)
    * Celery (3 stalks)
    * Cucumber (1 medium)
    * Parsley (1 bunch)
    * Cilantro (1 bunch)
    * Dark, Tender, Leafy Greens (1 head or bunch): Mix up various greens (such as Spinach, Kale, Romaine, Chard, or Bok Choy) all together, or rotate greens on a daily/weekly basis.

    2) Place water and roughly chopped produce in a powerful blender (such as a VitaMix), blend well and strain (with a 1-gal. paint strainer or culinary strainer bag, doubled up and staggered seams to reduce mess). Feel free to keep all the veggie fiber (and skip the straining) or just add a little back in for increased thickness and health benefits.

    3) Blend in whole ripe fruits:
    * Mango (2 large)
    * Banana (4 small)
    * Experiment with different local, seasonal, organic, sweet and juicy fruits

    4) Stick with the pure vital Green Warrior, or jazz it up with other colorful vibrations:
    * Blue Warrior: + Blueberries (1/2 c.), Spirulina (1 tsp.)
    * Yellow Warrior: + Pineapple (1 c.), Turmeric (1/2 tsp.)
    * Red Warrior: + Goji Berries (1/2 c.), Cayenne Pepper (1/4 tsp.)
    * Black Warrior: + Blackberries (1/2 c.), Burdock Root (2 Tbsp.)
    * White Warrior: + Coconut Flesh (1 c.), Maca Root (1 Tbsp.)
    * Golden Warrior: + Raw Honey (1 c.), Bee Pollen (1 Tbsp.)

    5) Enjoy mindfully at room temperature for optimal digestion. Feel the plethora of vitamins, natural co-factors, alkaline minerals, simple sugars, enzymes, phytonutrients, organic structured water, and balanced warrior energy!  :=)
